Valenhold selected as State Finalist Outstanding Growth and Accelerating Women in Telstra Best of Business Awards

Valenhold has been selected as QLD State Finalist in the 2023 Telstra Best of Business Awards in the Outstanding Growth and Accelerating Women categories.

The Telstra Best Business Awards is a program created to reward and celebrate the inspirational and exceptional businesses moving Australia forward. This year’s awards attracted over 20,000 nominations, resulting in 236 finalists nationwide.

From conception, the vision for Valenhold was to offer a unique and agile solution to problems. This ethos has enabled us to punch above its weight and provide solutions to 14 countries. Valenhold’s entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving is the driving force behind our success. This approach starts with the committed investment in our staff and fostering a culture of expressing innovative ideas at all levels of the business.

We’ve evolved from a single company to four divisions over three locations and tripled our staff in the last twelve months to make this vision happen and continue our growth trajectory. Everyone is exceptionally proud of the culture we have created to create purposeful and lasting equity for women, particularly in a traditionally male-dominated industry such as mining.
